That experience — shipping production systems at scale, navigating complex enterprise architectures, and building teams that deliver — is the foundation everything here rests on.
We started around a simple observation: the most consequential software in any organization is rarely the software a vendor sells. It's the bespoke layer — the workflow, the model, the integration — that captures how the business actually works.
That layer deserves senior engineers, taste, and the patience to get the details right. So we built a studio for exactly that work, kept the team small, and refused to grow faster than the quality bar.
